JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Location: HCG BELOIT Department: HCG-BEL Table Games Summary: POSITION OVERVIEW The Table Games Shift Manager is accountable for the administration of all of the operations of Table Games procedures and policies and assures that all Table Games staff is in compliance with such policies. The Table Games Shift Manager encourages Table Games staff to be positive and productive in customer relations, which enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. ESSENTIAL: 1. All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the Ho-Chunk Nation. 2. Able to pass a colorblind test and have perfect or corrected eyesight. 3. Valid driver\'s license, dependable transportation and proper insurance. EXPERIENCE: 1. Requires three (3) years of Table Games operations experience. 2.
