How you will make history here... Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this individual will coach front-line leadership and engage hourly technicians in plant-wide initiatives, including Continuous Improvement Projects and High-Performance Organization (HPO) initiatives. The hours for this role would be 3pm - 11pm. Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring safety, product quality, line efficiency, budgetary goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and organizational capability/employee morale. The individual will lead in a High-Performance Organization to execute strategies aligned with the department across all three shifts. What you will do...
