JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible to the Human Resources Manager for the coordination of HR administrative duties that include benefits, safety, wellness and the recruitment program. Team Member is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll deduction and benefits processing, employee recruitment and on-boarding with a focus on cultural inclusion. Team Member must ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Team Member will possess creativity, outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a commitment to professional ethics. Team Member will exercise independent judgment and initiative in daily work activities while adhering to and supporting agency policies and procedures. Human Resource Operations Assist Human Resources Manager in the day-to-day tasks such as employment verifications of past and present employees, payroll deductions, and maintaining confidential information related to human resource issues, including, performance evaluations, discipline records, payroll deductions, medical files, and affirmative action reports.
