What will you do?
Manage and direct all beverage application and business efforts for assigned customers across the Eastern US.
Defend and expand existing base of Customized and Branded business with current active customers through account penetration and increasing menu usage.
Innovate relevant and scalable solutions for foodservice customers, leveraging all of Kerry’s capabilities in collaboration with Kerry’s Marketing, R&D and Culinary teams.
Develop new and profitable Customized and Branded business at targeted accounts by identifying value added solutions to meet customers menu needs.
Manage customer relationships at all levels at assigned chain accounts. Focus on generating profitable business by developing customer strategies that address customer goals, objectives, and culture.
Manage and orchestrate all customer opportunities and activities, utilizing the appropriate resources to win.
Develop and execute strategic plan to optimize the use of all pertinent Kerry technologies.
Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy and manage total opportunity pipeline.
What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business / food science, or associate’s degree in culinary arts.
Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Foodservice customers in beverage application / menu development.
Strong beverage application and beverage menu development experience.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Salesforce is a plus.
Availability to travel up to 60%.
Compensation Data
The pay range for this position is $102,400 - $190,200 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
