Blending Room Operator Responsibilities: - Assist in unloading sacks of flour and salt when received - Move sacks of flour, salt, etc. from storeroom to blending room using forklift - Move sacks from forklift to blending machine - Cut sacks open and dumps specified amount of flour and other ingredients into the mixer - Record amount of ingredients in each batch - Set up boxes and lines with plastic bags to be used in packaging product. - After ingredients have gone through mixer, opens gate to allow blended product to flow from mixer into plastic lined boxes to a specified weight - Box move down conveyor belt and are loaded by hand onto pallet - Label boxes with different product labels - Clean and sanitize blending room as needed ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Able to lift and carry 50lbs without assistance - Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time - Able to bend, squat, reach, push, pull, climb and walk throughout shift ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: janesvilleresumes@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/797907 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
