The Kerry Leadership Development Program is a 24-month rotational program, which will begin on July 13, 2026.

Sales Overview

This role will play a key role supporting Account Managers with customers and supporting the client engagement strategy. This role will involve in following up on inbound lead generation, internal project co-ordination & supporting alignment with customer and Kerry functions. This is an entry level role that will enable large scale exposure throughout a complex organization on a team that is being recognized for success. This role would be great for someone with interest in sales or has a food science / technical background that is interested to use their knowledge to drive projects with innovative food and beverage companies.

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Manage a set of accounts and new customer projects with the goal of developing relationships and growth of these accounts against budgeted revenue and margin target

  • Assist account managers with specific projects within key commercial channels.

  • Promote Kerry products to new customers new via phone/email/digital marketing and on-site customer engagements when necessary

  • Ensure all opportunities are maintained and managed effectively in Salesforce.com

  • Conduct periodic analytical reviews of customers’ performance and potential growth areas guaranteeing opportunities are closed and pipeline is full

  • Manage the lead follow-up process from customer engagement to project initiation

Qualifications and Skills

What you'll need to be successful

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited College or University in Food Science, Business, Sales, or related field of study with an expected graduation date between December 2025 – May 2026

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, dealing with all levels within customers and internally

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization

  • Ability to navigate internal networks and teams to move initiatives forward at the fast pace required by customers

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, digital lead management tools or a strong appetite to learn

  • Self-starter with a high level of autonomy/initiative

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Expected Travel – 10-15% but could be more in the earlier stages of the role

  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future

    Compensation Data

    The typical hiring range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
