Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch Advisory, is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join the team in Belo Horizonte.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead workstreams and engagements that shape critical business decisions for clients in resource-intensive industries. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and operations, bringing analytical depth and structured problem solving to complex challenges.
Client Impact
Lead the design and execution of client engagements, from problem framing and hypothesis development through to final recommendations and implementation support
Facilitate workshops and senior client discussions, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and develop a growing professional network within the industries we serve
Team Leadership
Manage and coach analysts, guiding them in structured problem solving, model design, and professional development
Develop workplans that effectively leverage junior team members and internal subject matter experts
Create high quality deliverables and communications across complex, multi workstream projects
Practice Building
Lead proposal development and contribute to formalizing new products and service offerings
Identify opportunities to expand our work with existing clients and generate content that positions our expertise in the market
What You Bring
Must haves
5+ years of experience in management consulting, with demonstrated progression in leading workstreams and managing teams
Proven exposure to projects in mining, metals, energy, or infrastructure. You understand the operational realities of these industries
Strong functional depth in at least one of: Strategy, Transaction Support, Business Transformation, or Operational Effectiveness
Intellectual curiosity about how physical assets, processes, and systems work. You don't need to be an engineer, but you want to understand the operation
An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
What Sets You Apart
An advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent)
Broader functional breadth across areas such as Capital Productivity, Supply Chain, Asset Management, or Risk Management
Experience growing and shaping a consulting practice, including developing new offerings and client relationships
