Job Description:
Provide technical support to customers and field personnel in any one of these areas: Schematic capture, Analog and AMS/RF simulation.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide resolution to customer technical issues
Run customer test cases to verify problems, create workarounds, when possible, test and deliver R&D fixes.
Close collaboration with R&D on issues using established protocols.
Author application notes and help provide feedback on documentation
Use scripting languages like TCL and Python for flow development, automation and enhancing design methodologies
Requirements:
Complete Bachelors degree in electrical/electronical engineering (or related areas)
Knowledge about analog IC design flow. Academic level will be considered
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
Good problem-solving skills
Fluent in Portuguese
Nice to have:
Good understanding of Analog flow: Schematic, simulation, parasitic flows
Knowledge of AMS and/or RF design is a plus
Knowledge of Virtuoso and ADE platforms is a plus
Exposure in scripting languages such as TCL and Python. A knowledge of object-oriented programming would be a plus.
Knowledge of lisp or SKILL language
MSEE or MSCS degree.
