We’re seeking a motivated Internal Operations Associate to join our Bellmawr team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a stable, fast-paced wholesale flooring distribution company where your contributions truly make an impact.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — helping keep everything running smoothly across multiple departments including returns, purchasing, inventory, special orders, and quotes.
? What You’ll Do
✨ Provide internal support to our sales, warehouse, and management teams
? Process returns and resolve related documentation accurately
? Support purchasing activities, including order entry and vendor communication
? Help manage and reconcile inventory transactions
? Coordinate and track special orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
? Prepare and assist with customer quotes and pricing documentation
?️ Maintain accurate records in company systems
? Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency
? Step in where needed — this role is built for cross-training and flexibility

Salary Range: $18-$21/hr
