[A-1 Welding is hiring an experienced ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}Industrial Fabricator / Fitter[. This is not a beam shop role --- we build ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}complex, custom parts and assemblies[. We're looking for someone who can ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}think through fit-up, manage workflow, and keep welders fed with ready work.

Key Responsibilities
- [Read and work from shop drawings and prints]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
- Fit and assemble complex parts and weldments
- [Stage and manage work to maintain ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}consistent flow to welders
- [Perform shop fabrication: cutting, drilling, grinding, prep, fit-up]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
