What we need
You are a leader who is enthusiastic about owning the entire dining experience for the residents. You are leading and engaging young professionals; therefore, you are grooming them to be waitstaff who exceed expectations. This includes:
- Providing all training and mentorship as the direct supervisor
- Managing the server schedules
- Excel at the organization of keeping the dining room running smoothly.
- Own the hiring process as well as any disciplinary actions
- Enjoy working with a diverse staff and creating positive experiences for others through excellent customer service
- Collaborate with multiple teams and departments for special events and to creatively vary our residents' dining experience
