Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians for Bellflower Area Schools
Location: Bellflower, CA & Surrounding Areas Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience) Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small-group behavior support in classroom settings
Implement ABA-based strategies to reinforce positive behaviors
Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
Support students in developing independence, communication, and social skills
Collaborate with school staff to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (required)
Experience in education, ABA, or behavior intervention (preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive, patient, and student-centered mindset
Passion for helping children succeed
