Amazon Supply Chain Manager - Seller Growth, AMXL Strategy & Engineering in Bellevue, Washington

Description

As a Supply Chain manager within AMXL organization, you will lead the strategy and execution of complex, high-impact seller growth initiatives to enable topline acceleration for both sellers and AMXL. You will work across multiple teams to define custom pilots that will enable end to end supply chain more efficient and will align seller objectives to Amazon objectives.

Key job responsibilities

Define and execute supply chain and pricing related pilots and experiments with sellers.

Lead cross functional initiatives requiring deep understanding and coordination between FBA teams and various AMXL teams and external sellers.

Create and own roadmaps that address near term and long term objectives.

Establish key performance metrics that align seller objectives with Amazon business outcomes and customer experience improvements.

Create value proposition documents and explain value of FBA clearly to sellers in different forms - verbal as well as written documentation.

A day in the life

Engage in conversations with different sellers and translate voice of seller feedback to various internal teams.

Execute and monitor different experiments with sellers

Work with BI and science teams to identify impact of pilot and measure success.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • 2+ years of supply chain experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
