Description
We are seeking a data-driven Senior Program Manager to lead our discovery initiatives for the Learning and Development (L&D) space across NA Operations. This strategic role will drive performance optimization through sophisticated data analysis, cross-business unit collaboration, and impact measurement parity methodologies.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive impact parity gap & analysis strategy across multiple business units, working closely with Science & Analytics teams to ensure consistent impact measurement across L&D metrics
Partner with data science teams to identify and analyze performance gaps across business units, quantifying both input and output variations to drive optimization opportunities
Lead impact measurement parity analysis and deliver data-driven recommendations for high-impact focus areas, including cost-benefit analysis and business trade-off considerations
Collaborate with the Global Standards & Customer Excellence (GSCE) team to align strategies and create synergies in impact measurement parity methodologies and processes
Drive KPI convergence across business units, focusing on: reducing metric variation, accelerating speed to insight through scientific and data-driven approaches, supporting rapid implementation of CI initiatives, and conducting thorough post-implementation impact measure analysis
This position is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence and impact across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience with Asana Project Management Platform, or proven experience with a similar intake and project management tool
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
