DUTIES:Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content. Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to ensure the quality of the products and tests to be developed. Lead test planning, including but not limited to creating test plans, test scheduling, test execution, resource planning, and communication of defects. Perform test task estimation, test execution, regression, functional system, and ad hoc testing. Develop and maintain test and repository based on specifications. Work with development team on web-based applications and triage the issues to find the root cause, track log, etc. Work with web application team to identify the quality implications of known bugs and the impact of proposed changes to product definition on the testing process. Ensure proper branch, package, and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used. Define and communicate the accurate test plan/test scripts and provide qualitative and quantitative status/defect reports to the client team in a timely fashion. Track and analyze test results and work closely with the developers to isolate and reproduce defects. Responsible for ensuring all team members adhere to the standards and procedures for program design and testing. Attend daily scrum meetings, weekly team meetings, and sync meetings to review tasks for weekly QA team reports. Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field. 4 years of experience in job offered or in related occupations of Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, Software Quality Assurance Analyst & Tester, Test / Quality Assurance Lead, Test Lead or related. Duties entail work with Jira, MY SQL, Java, JMeter and SOAP UI.
