Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Bellevue, WA

Responsibilities
Design reactor structures and components from concept through final design.
Develop equipment and component design solutions based on engineering and project requirements.
Perform scoping calculations and engineering analyses to support design decisions.
Interface with engineering analysis teams and support integrated design efforts.
Lead and participate in design reviews, evaluating technical solutions.
Manage and coordinate supplier and subcontractor technical activities.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Support continuous improvement and application of nuclear industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of equipment/component design experience (M.S. may count toward experience).
Working experience with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section III.
Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), preferably using ANSYS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
