Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Lead who is hands-ontechnically and can also lead delivery for a DataOps team. This role owns automation, reliability, CI/CD and operational excellence for data platforms while coordinating projects and stakeholders end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead DevOps practices for DE DataOps team across data platforms.

  • Designand maintain CI/CD pipelines for data workloads.

  • Drive automation, monitoring, and reliability (SRE practices) initiatives .

  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and secure deployments

  • Own incident management, MTTR improvement, and platform stability

  • Managedelivery, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication

  • Partnerwith Data Engineering, Platform, and Security teams

Required Skills &Experience

  • 10+years in DevOps / Platform Engineering

  • Stronghands-on experience with Azure core data platform.

  • Expertisein CI/CD, IaC, automation, monitoring

  • Experiencesupporting Data Engineering platforms (batch/streaming)

  • Strongscripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

  • Experiencewith Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Databricks

  • Provenexperience leading teams and projects

Nice to Have

  • SREor FinOps exposure

  • Experiencein enterprise or regulated environments

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
