Position: Security Program Coordinator CO+I Physical Security

Reports To: Senior Operation Security Manager

Location: Remote (US-based)

FLSA: Non-exempt

Pay: $38.5 an hour

SUMMARY

The Security Program Coordinator (SPC) works closely with one of our data center client’s security team to develop, maintain, and organize project specific details and processes, and provide administrative support to our client’s team to achieve strategic goals and milestones. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a highly independent role requiring intensive collaboration with both internal and client stakeholders and senior managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Manage and respond to requests for information from client security team. Coordinate with applicable stakeholders across the enterprise to collate, analyze, and present results.

  2. Acts as a liaison officer between Securitas leadership and client security leadership.

  3. Coordinate Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with Integrators, Consultants, and Suppliers for the data center security program teams.

  4. Lead and support data driven projects including but not limited to data collection, database configuration, database audits, documentation, and data entry.

  5. Distribute and create data intake forms to maintain and create Power BI dashboards.

  6. Develops a deep understanding of the project data and the related data model to assist in the ongoing administration, maintenance and enhancement of Power BI and associated dashboards and reports.

  7. Ability to review large data sets and articulate the data through visualizations (charting, etc.)

  8. Ability to track Action Items to maintain an active role in resolving complex problems.

  9. Owns daily, monthly, and yearly processes currently used to ensure that all reports are populated or refreshed on time with accurate, trusted data.

  10. Utilize automation tools to collect information on a regular cadence.

  11. Organize shared mailboxes to increase team productivity and organize access requests from consultants and security design teams.

  12. Project manage the end-to-end process for designing security operations at data centers, which includes utilizing project schedules to adhere to the requirements of the individual project, assigning tasks, ensuring project work is complete and on schedule, facilitate, communicate, and identify status expectations, assign new work, and ensure quality and completeness of work.

  13. Create templates in Teams, Word, and Excel to help facilitate project RFP’s.

  14. Initiate new project documentation to include Scope of Work (SOW) documents for incoming project requests.

  15. Collaborate on the schedule of key deliverables with security teams.

  16. Present to large groups of internal and client stakeholders regarding status of projects, and data analysis of ongoing initiatives.

  17. Maintain a “customer service” approach to problem solving and work with client to find solutions to questions or concerns.

  18. At the direction of the client, perform other duties as assigned to ensure the overall success of the Datacenter Physical Security program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have a reliable means of communication, such as cell phone.

• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).

• Must have the legal right to work in the country the position is based out of.

• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

• Must have a high school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED.

• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience enough to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

• Intermediate-level skill using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerBI, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Power Apps and/or Power BI knowledge and experience required.

• 2-4 years of project management experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Have a current passport or be able to obtain one.

• Able to travel (international or domestic, as required) approximately 10% of the time or more, occasionally with limited notice.

• Able to work evening or weekend hours when required, such as during an emergency or high -priority event.
