It manages the development and delivery of software solutions for internal and external business customers. The role involves creating technical strategies in collaboration with technology and product partners to align with organizational goals. Success is measured by timely delivery, quality of software solutions, and effective team management. The work impacts the organization by enabling efficient technology solutions that support business needs and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Manage and develop a software engineering team to deliver projects on time and within budget through coaching and performance management Drive improvements in development practices, including team structure, processes, tooling, security, and compliance to enhance efficiency Oversee technical vendor relationships to influence product features and ensure alignment with technical requirements Recruit and onboard qualified team members to strengthen team capabilities and support project demands Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or in a computer programming related field. (Required) 4-7 years - Experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment. Less than 2 years - Experience in managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
