TikTok Inc. Integrated Campaign Strategy & Operations Manager (Multiple Positions) in Bellevue, Washington
Responsibilities Deliver market and consumer insights to senior stakeholders to inform our overall marketing strategy. Conduct research and competitor tracking to share campaign methodology and key operations approaches with internal teams. Assess traffic and promotion tools to recommend to senior managers strategies that improve resource utilization and efficiency. Define branding and marketing performance indicators and monitor key metrics to evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness. Gather and analyze business and consumer intelligence to predict market and industry trends and inform campaign strategies. Collaborate with cross functional teams to build data dashboards and develop tools to improve operational efficiency. Mentor junior-level team members. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Conducting market research, competition analysis, and finance report analysis in the digital advertising market to drive informed business decisions for short and long-term strategy planning; Designing and conducting user testing, surveys, and interviews and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insight to influence product roadmaps; Designing and maintaining dashboards to visualize key data and insights, track key performance indicators, and provide self-service tools to stakeholders; Optimizing process end-to-end, including: (i) analyzing current process; (ii) identifying pain points; (iii) estimating impact; (iv) facilitating brainstorming to generate solutions; (v) gathering feedback post-implementation; and (vi) proactively addressing risks and friction points; and Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives to ensure operational efficiency and competitive advantage. Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 10%.
