Amazon Executive Assistant, Amazon Air in Bellevue, Washington

Description

The Amazon Air organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our team in Bellevue, WA.

Join our dynamic Amazon Air Supply Chain and Analytics team and become the critical behind-the-scenes catalyst that powers our global logistics operations. In this role, you'll provide essential support to senior leadership, transforming complex administrative challenges into seamless organizational excellence while playing a pivotal role in enabling our team's strategic initiatives.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

A day in the life

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and precision management. You'll navigate multiple priorities with grace, supporting two directors in our high-impact Supply Chain and Analytics team. From orchestrating intricate calendars to planning sophisticated events and managing international travel logistics, you'll be the organizational maestro who keeps our team running smoothly.

About the team

We are a passionate group of logistics innovators who are redefining air transportation through advanced analytics and operational excellence. Our team drives Amazon Air's North American operations, managing a fleet of over 100 aircraft and creating data-driven solutions that ensure lightning-fast, reliable deliveries for our customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience

  • High school or equivalent diploma

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

  • Bachelor's degree

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
