Key Responsibilities
Operational Reporting & Alerts
Trackand report on vendor and team budgets, including:
Purchaseorders (POs)
Invoicesubmission and approval status
Vendorspend tracking
Monitorand surface alerts and reminders related to:
Budgetthresholds
Pendingapprovals
Trainingand compliance due dates
Createand maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to provide clearoperational visibility.
Partnerwith Business Program, Finance, and vendor teams to ensure data accuracyand timely follow-ups.
Meetings, Events & Operating Cadence Management
Maintaina forward-looking view of all key team events and milestones, including:
Offsites,Town Halls, culture meetings, connects, and talent management sessions
Trainingdue dates and compliance milestones
Otherrecurring or ad-hoc team events
Buildand maintain workback plans for events, including timelines, ownership,and content readiness.
Trackpreparation status and proactively flag risks, gaps, or upcomingdeadlines.
Ensureleaders and partners have clear visibility into what is upcoming and whatis required.
New Employee Onboarding & Enablement
Supportnew employee onboarding by:
Maintainingand updating the team SharePoint site
Managingonboarding content, links, and reference materials
Ensuringnew hires have access to relevant tools, documentation, and teaminformation
Continuouslyimprove onboarding materials to ensure a smooth and consistent new-hireexperience.
Required Qualifications
Knowledgeof MSFT PO, Invoice tools (Including ProcureWeb)
StrongExcel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and structured reporting.
Experienceusing Power BI or similar reporting/analytics tools.
Experiencein AI-enabled workflows (e.g., automation, agents).
Familiaritywith Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Planner).
Exposureto project management concepts (workbacks, milestones, owners).
Experienceworking with vendors or finance approval processes.
Clearwritten and verbal communication skills.
Highattention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 95K to 105K per annum. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
