Position Summary
The Assistant Director of Transformative Training & Practices is part of the Office of Community Care & Institutional Transformation team. The Assistant Director of Transformative Training & Practices reports to the Director of Restorative Practices and is responsible for creating, curating, and facilitating proactive and responsive training and professional development for staff, faculty, and students, with a focus on community care and transformational practices. The role is responsible for management and facilitation of training initiatives, as well as consultations and strategic partnerships to find and fill gaps based on emergent training needs across campus.
Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
Position Salary Range: $72,488/year - $101,483/year
The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Typically, new hires start no higher than $79,737 per year based on Bellevue College Exempt salary schedule.
