Use basic hand tools and packaging materials as needed to complete production tasks.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment.
Operate general production and material handling equipment, including forklifts when needed and if qualified.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to support efficient production.
Work reliably on a 3rd shift 2-2-3 schedule and support team goals for plant productivity and quality.

Openness to a contract-to-hire arrangement with the potential to convert to a direct position based on performance.
Why Work Here?
You join a growing operation in a new, climate-controlled facility that supports the expanding solar industry. The organization promotes from within, offering a clear path from entry-level operator roles to team lead positions. You receive benefits after 30 days with company-paid premiums, quarterly bonuses tied to plant productivity, a 401(k) program with company match, and profit sharing. An aggressive raise and promotion structure rewards strong performance, and a supportive, laid-back atmosphere and management team foster long-term career growth. The non-union environment emphasizes direct communication and internal advancement opportunities.
Work Environment
This is a contract-to-hire role with an expected 90-day period before potential conversion to a direct position, based on performance. The schedule is 3rd shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. on a 2-2-3 rotation, providing regular extended time off while maintaining full-time hours. The facility is new, clean, and climate controlled, offering a comfortable and modern production environment. Work involves operating and monitoring manufacturing machines that produce adhesive sheets, with a very slow-paced workflow where only about 10 minutes per hour are physically demanding and the remaining time is dedicated to monitoring and quality checks. Steel-toe shoes are required, and hearing and eye protection are provided.
