Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting guests, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel management systems preferred)
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
