Warehouse Production Associate [ Entry Level | 6-Month Training Role | $16/hr | Flexible Schedule ]
About the Role
We're a growing manufacturer and online retail business selling primarily through e-commerce platforms, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team. This is a 6-month paid training position, with the opportunity for long term placement, designed to give the right candidate hands-on experience across the full scope of our fulfillment operation - from product treatment and packaging to inventory management and e-commerce seller tools.
We are open to hiring for full time hours or part time hours.
What You'll Be Doing
- Learning to navigate and operate various e-commerce platforms. Including managing customer orders and warehouse distribution shipments.
- Mixing and applying insect repellent treatments to products following established safety and quality protocols
- Packing and processing daily customer orders accurately, while maintaining tracking records for all outgoing shipments
- Preparing and sending bulk inventory to distribution centers in compliance with labeling and packaging requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail - we have a lot of moving parts
- Ability to lift heavy equipment & boxes (Up to 40 Ibs)
- Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and machinery with training provided
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
- No prior experience required - we will train the right person
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting salary $16/hour
- Approximately 35-40 hours per week
