Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
Join a specialized production team that manufactures precision piezoelectric components used in critical medical, defense, and industrial applications. In this entry-level role, you work in the stacking department, operating testing machinery, inspecting parts, and supporting the production process to ensure products meet exact specifications.
Shift: 1st Monday - Friday 7am to 430pm
Pay: $14/hr
Responsibilities
Follow detailed work instructions and complete tasks assigned by the manufacturing manager or shift supervisor.
Use production machinery to test piezoelectric parts and materials at different voltage levels according to established procedures.
Place piezoelectric parts onto trays, load trays into voltage testing equipment, and monitor the testing process to ensure proper operation.
Inspect tested parts to confirm they meet required specifications and quality standards.
Sort and separate non-conforming products from parts that meet specifications, and pack acceptable products appropriately.
Stack parts using the correct media and crucibles in accordance with work instructions.
Perform part inspections using appropriate measuring and inspection equipment as needed.
Complete all required production paperwork accurately, including travel tickets, process log sheets, stock tags, and POE forms.
Transport materials and work-in-process items from WIP shelves to the workstation, handling weights between 10 and 50 pounds.

Work Environment
You work in a clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit production facility focused on precision manufacturing. The company provides required personal protective equipment, and steel-toe footwear is not required. The dress code is casual and practical, allowing jeans, T-shirts, and sweatshirts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellefonte, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
