This position requires you
to be on-site to perform the job duties and ideally the candidate will start in
May 2026 and be available for 4-8 months.

What You’ll Do
Join our team as an Operations Trainee and
gain hands-on experience in a dynamic mill environment. In these roles, you’ll
support production and quality assurance while
tackling real-world challenges. From analyzing data and improving processes to
enhancing safety and efficiency, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement
initiatives and learn from experienced leaders. If you’re interested in
operations, this opportunity offers practical exposure to
industrial systems, leadership, and problem-solving.
What You Offer
Working towards a degree or diploma inWood Products Processing, Business, Operations Management, Engineering(Industrial or Mechanical), or any industry-related degree/diploma.
