Position Summary:\ Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, while supporting kitchen staff during daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils
- Load, operate, and unload commercial dishwashing machines
- Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Assist with cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment
- Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of waste areas
- Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements & Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 3040 lbs
- Team-oriented with a good work ethic
- Willingness to follow instructions and help where needed
Work Environment:

- Requires standing, bending, and repetitive motion throughout shift
