Position: Solution Readiness Coordinator
Location: Belgrade, SRB
Working hours: Second shift
Key Responsibilities
Configure, test, optimize, and deploy Aloha POS solutions for SMB customers
Design tailored system configurations based on each customer’s unique restaurant workflows and operational needs
Ensure configurations support operational efficiency and align with product functionality and best practices
Partner closely with Project Managers, RTS/deployment teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery
Manage and resolve action‑item escalations, including database updates, add‑on requests, and site‑related issues
Analyze technical details to identify root causes and provide effective solutions or appropriate escalations
Validate system functionality through testing to ensure accuracy, stability, and readiness for deployment
Act as a partially customer‑facing resource, working directly with customers to explain configurations, timelines, and implementation processes
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to manage expectations and deliver a positive implementation experience
Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and consistency across all configurations and deployments
Requirements & Qualifications
Technical knowledge of our products
1–2 years of experience in the field of configuration
Experience with the current product stack
Strong understanding of product functionality and how configuration choices impact system behavior
Ability to quickly learn new products and configuration tools
Detail‑oriented with the ability to execute precise, rule‑based configurations
Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Project Managers and deployment teams
Strong problem‑solving skills, including handling escalations and complex technical issues
Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical processes to customers
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, products, and processes
