Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving growth in the out-of-home channel?
We are looking for a Nestlé Professional Sales Executive to join our team in Serbia and play a key role in developing our distributor and operator network, strengthening execution in the field, and delivering sustainable business growth.
Nestlé Professional Sales Executive
A day in the life of a Nestlé Professional Sales Executive:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and key customers, ensuring strong collaboration and consistent business growth
Develop and deliver sales targets for assigned customers in alignment with the Sales Manager, ensuring achievement of volume and Net Sales (NNS) objectives
Conduct regular market visits (daily, weekly and monthly) with distributors and operators to monitor execution, identify improvement opportunities and drive agreed sales targets realization
Monitor and analyze sales performance through regular reporting (weekly, monthly and quarterly), including NP Sales tracking and comparison vs. defined forecasts
Prepare and manage regular business analysis and reports, including weekly RIG/OG proposals and performance updates
Monitor stock levels, net placement and throughput per machines, ensuring optimal availability and operational efficiency in the field
Manage Trade Terms Spend (TTS) budget in line with agreed plans, including monthly tracking and preparation of DFs and DDFs, ensuring optimal use of trade investments
Maintain and control trade asset park in line with agreed GPA procedures, including monitoring machine location, performance and reporting tools implementation
Ensure consistent implementation of Nestlé Quality Management standards, including maintaining high product and in-cup quality standards
Ensure agreed numerical distribution and strong execution by distributors, supporting achievement of defined business objectives
Identify market trends, competitive activities and growth opportunities through regular market mapping and analysis in collaboration with the Sales Manager
Ensure timely implementation of marketing activities and business initiatives, working closely with the marketing team and supporting effective PFME budget utilization
Perform pre- and post-evaluation of customer activities to ensure efficient use of trade funds and continuous improvement of business results
Follow up on outstanding debts, claims and bad goods, ensuring proper resolution and financial discipline
Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and maintain accurate business documentation and reporting
Maintain open, consistent and transparent communication with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders
What will make you successful
University degree in a relevant field, with 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer management or a related commercial role
Strong organizational and business planning skills
Proactive, responsible and results-driven approach
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and reports
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent command of English, written and spoken
Valid B category driving license
