We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave . This role places a strong emphasis on HR administration and payroll coordination, while also involving support in other HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Administration
Act as the main point of contact for payroll activities in collaboration with our external payroll provider
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and proper documentation
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Updating of all labor acts (systematization, job descriptions, rules of organization…)
Reporting towards the public institutions
HR company reporting – headcount, turnover, absenteeism, HR statistics
Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Managing HRIS - updating employee records, exporting reports, participating in audits of systems
General HR Support
Provide support in recruitment - posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers
Assist in building a positive candidate experience and ensuring smooth hiring processes
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
Support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices
Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure effective HR service delivery
Support in organizing events and activities for employees
Requirements for the role:
Proven experience in HR administration and payroll
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements
Previous exposure to recruitment processes is an advantage
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Accurate and analytical person
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
