Location: Belgrad, Serbia or Germany (preferred Leipzig or Berlin area)| Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Reporting to: Director of Software Engineering | Language requirements: Fluent/professional English, written and verbal
As our new Engineering Manager / Lead Software Development , y our mission will be to elevate engineering excellence, drive platform maturity, and deliver reliable, high‑impact CRM solutions that support our global Sales organization.
Key responsibilities
Lead, develop and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform
Drive the strategic evolution of our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform by developing forward‑looking concepts - including the integration of innovations such as AI - to ensure the CRM landscape scales with SoftwareOne’s future growth
Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
Contribute hands‑on to design, implementation, documentation and testing
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners and, where needed, external partners to deliver impactful solutions
What we need to see from you
Proven experience leading engineers and technical consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments
Solid understanding of enterprise CRM ecosystems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service and Power Platform
Experience designing and implementing sales processes using Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service
Familiarity with agile software development practices (SCRUM, Kanban)
Excellent communication skills (English on C-Level), analytical mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented workstyle
