Job Summary:\ We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Laborer to join our team.\ In this role, you will assist in various production tasks, including preparing and\ pouring concrete, repairing pallets, and maintaining a clean and safe work\ environment.\ This position requires early morning starts, physical strength, and attention to\ detail. If you are a dependable team player with a strong work ethic, we encourage\ you to apply and become an integral part of our manufacturing operations.\ Key Responsibilities:\ Be ready to start work at 4:00 AM or 6:00 AM daily, depending on the location\ and demand, with availability to work 40+ hours per week.\ Work on the production line performing tasks such as repairing pallets,\ housekeeping, and general labor.\ Prepare concrete forms for pouring, pour and trowel concrete, and strip\ finished products.\ Clean, oil, and load concrete forms.\ Operate a variety of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for production.\ Use step stools, ladders, and scaffolds safely to perform tasks.\ Conduct post-pour inspections, including verifying concrete finish and hook\ placement.\ Cut and bend rebar to specified shapes and dimensions for the precast\ department.\ Learn and operate plant equipment as required.\ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.\ Complete and review daily vehicle and equipment inspections.\ Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.\ Perform additional duties as assigned by Production Supervisors.\ Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines.
