The Senior Endpoint Engineering Lead is a senior-level role leading operational and engineering activities for systems management platforms such as Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (SCCM). The role emphasizes attention to detail, cross‑team collaboration, and serving as a systems management UEM subject matter expert to ensure operational standards align with the existing architectural framework.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Workspace ONE UEM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Microsoft Intune
Participate in the implementation, certification, and adoption of new product releases in alignment with technology roadmaps
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, enterprise‑scale systems management issues
Evaluate new features and releases to ensure alignment with business and operational objectives
Partner with cross‑functional support teams to resolve advanced architecture, infrastructure, and configuration challenges
Stay current on UEM and modern endpoint management trends and act as a technical spokesperson for the team
Mentor and develop team members to expand technical expertise across the organization
Assess and manage risk while ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations, safeguarding the firm, its clients, and assets
Qualifications:
4+ years expertise on Workspace One UEM, SCCM, and Intune
Experience working in a highly regulated or enterprise class companies
Expertise on Microsoft SQL and PowerShell scripting
Project Management experience for SCRUM / JIRA
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Comprehensive knowledge related to the design and implementation of modern system management products to include analytic tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting to identify support trend
Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills and ability to determine root causes at an enterprise scale
Successfully works in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
Proven ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
Proven track record of operational process changes and improvement
Education:
Omnissa or Microsoft certifications are a plus or relevant years of experience
Bachelor’s degree/University degree; or equivalent experience
