Team/Role Overview
It is an exciting time to join our Early Career Team which is part of Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition. The Banking Program Management Coordinator will support the Banking Analyst and Associate Program Team in the UK, Europe and MEA, which oversees the Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking programs. This person will also work with a global team to develop and execute plans and initiatives for the junior banker overall career experience.
What you’ll do
Maintain and update program population trackers; partner with global team to ensure populations are updated and that reports are sent to partners throughout the year as required (for example to the compensation team at year-end)
Partner with Program Leads to execute on HR processes such as performance management, promotions, exits, etc.
Help coordinate materials for year-end calibration meetings; take notes on feedback during the meetings
Leverage data to analyse trends (i.e. performance, culture) and put together presentation materials
Coordinate onboarding with key partners (Registration, Tech & Logistics team)
Partner with Early Career Learning team to execute new hire training program
Help track new hire class lists and prepare communications
Manage communications with incoming new hire classes
Assist with new hire integration
Create Citi surveys and monitor output of survey responses
Scheduling and preparing communications
Coordinate weekly team meeting agenda
Create content for newsletter that is sent to program population
Manage/plan networking events
Ad hoc projects throughout the year to support the team
What we’ll need from you
Experience managing or participating in projects and teams
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
Ability to work with teams remotely
University degree or equivalent experience
Desire to be in a service oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Early Career programs
Demonstrated project management skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Strong data and analytical abilities
