Warehouse loaders perform multiple tasks throughout the process of warehousing and distributing finished goods under the direction of the supervisor. Warehouse loaders are expected to handle finished goods in a safe manner, ensuring that all packages meet quality standards.

Requirements

·         Inspect raw materials prior to performing operations to ensure proper quality standards and alert the supervisor to any substandard raw materials or prior operations

·         Place all finished goods in the warehouse in their designated places, using proper handling procedures

·         Keep accurate records of where each shipment is located in the warehouse

·         Ensure that each package placed into the warehouse meet all quality specifications

·         Loaders are required to correct any substandard, off-quality work that they produce

·         Proper maintenance on equipment is required at all times

·         Maintain necessary skills to achieve 100% efficiency

·         Adhere to all company policies and promote safety in the workplace by following all company safety rules

·         Promote goodwill and a positive company image to fellow employees and the community

·         Maintain a clean workspace

·         Perform other duties as required by the supervisor

ENGAGE IN THE PROCESS OF WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTING OF FINISHED GOODS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE SUPERVISOR. ENSURES THAT FINISHED GOODS ARE HANDLED IN A SAFE MANNER. ENSURE THAT ALL PACKAGES MEET QUALITY.
