IHG 餐饮部服务员/领班/主管 in Beijing, China
- 负责餐厅开餐前的准备工作，包括餐具摆放、桌椅整理及环境清洁。
- 接待顾客，准确记录点单内容，并及时将订单传递至厨房。
- 为顾客提供优质的用餐服务，包括上菜、更换餐具、添加饮品等。
- 解答顾客关于菜品和饮品的咨询，协助处理顾客意见或建议。
- 配合团队完成餐间服务流程，确保服务高效有序进行。
完成收市工作，包括清理餐桌、整理服务区及物品归位。
具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，有餐饮服务相关工作经验者优先。
- 能够适应轮班工作制，包括节假日及晚间工作安排。
- 身体健康，持有有效的健康证明，能够胜任站立及走动较多的工作任务。
- 遵守职业操守，服从管理，具备团队协作精神。
- 中专或以上学历，旅游、酒店管理等相关专业背景者可适当放宽条件。
