Job Description:

This job is responsible for facilitating a direct end-to-end relationship with one or more Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) to manage and grow both domestically and globally within an assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting all activities from sale through implementation and coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP) by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Job expectations include partnering with product specialists and service partners by making recommendations and creating customized treasury solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Treasury Sales Officer (TSOs) in managing and growing client relationships and work closely with TSO to develop and execute a portfolio growth strategy.

  • Provide critical assistance in proposal generation, presentation development, price modeling, revenue tracking, pipeline maintenance, client meeting preparation/delivery/follow-up, and ad hoc sales support duties.

  • Support treasury product research and other analytical activities to aid business development and sales activities.

  • Produce pricing/cost-benefit models, confer with Treasury Sales Officer and Product Management regarding non-standard pricing and negotiation.

  • Partner with TSOs, Corporate Bankers, Product Solutions Specialists, Dedicated Service and Implementation Advisors, and other partners to deliver on client cash management requirements.

  • Participate in client meetings with TSO and assist with meeting follow-up and other action items.

  • Support and coordinate schedules for Treasury Reviews and Relationship Reviews and assume responsibility for follow-up and resolution of problems referred to Treasury Sales Officer.

  • Assist Treasury Sales Officer in designing and delivering integrated Treasury and Trade solutions.

  • Utilize support partners and resources to coordinate industry, prospect, and client research for use in pre-call planning.

  • In case required to cover set of clients, ensure that these clients are properly covered and supported. Opportunities for new business are identified ,to build a robust pipeline.
