Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Sr Program Manager to support the General Manager of AWS HK, CMHK APN (AWS Partner Network), and Startup programs. This role will serve as a central program management function across the HK Sales, CMHK Partner, and Startup Business Development (BD) teams — ensuring business progress stays on track, strategies are developed and executed with rigor, and executive communications are delivered with quality and impact.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication and written skills. You will work across multiple business lines, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, develop actionable business plans, and support high-visibility initiatives from conception through execution.
Key job responsibilities
Business Progress Management: Develop, Track and manage business progress across HK Sales, CMHK Partner, and Startup BD teams, ensuring initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with organizational goals.
Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the development of business strategies and qualified business plans; translate strategic vision into actionable execution plans with clear milestones and KPIs.
Cross-Functional Program Management: Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs across the three business lines, ensuring successful and timely delivery. Data-Driven Decision Making: Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements, measure outcomes, and achieve key business metrics. Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks across programs, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide visibility on status, risks, and process changes. Process Optimization: Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems; drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
Executive Communications & Content Development: Manage and produce high-quality internal and external executive communications, event content, and presentation materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
About the team
This role sits within the AWS CMHK organization, supporting the HK Sales, CMHK Partner (APN), and Startup BD teams. The team drives cloud adoption through partner enablement, startup acceleration programs, and direct sales engagement in the Hong Kong market. You will be part of a high-performing team that values innovation, operational excellence, and customer obsession.

Basic Qualifications
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
