Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced engineer with deep development expertise and a profound understanding of AI technology. You will serve as a core member of our AI solution development team, responsible for the architectural optimization and feature expansion of AI products and solutions. You will focus on cutting-edge domains such as Text2SQL, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI Orchestration/Agents, leveraging large language model (LLM) capabilities to solve complex business challenges, particularly providing intelligent transformation solutions for vertical industries like manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
AI Architecture & Development: Lead the architectural design, core coding, and system optimization of LLM-based applications, including Text2SQL, RAG, and AI Agents.
Industry Scenario Implementation: Gain deep insights into manufacturing and industrial sectors to design and implement viable AI solutions (e.g., Enterprise Knowledge Bases, Automated Report Generation, Quality Optimization Assistants).
Technical Orchestration & Integration: Utilize frameworks such as Langchain or Langgraph to orchestrate complex business workflows and develop sophisticated Business Agents.
Full-Stack Collaboration: Execute high-quality backend development in Python while guiding or participating in the implementation of flexible, interactive frontends using Vue or React.
Core Team Member: Act as a technical pillar in product decision-making, coordinate R&D resources, and assume Product Management or Project Management functions as required.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Experience & Background:
Development Seniority: 8+ years of experience in internet or enterprise-grade product development.
AI Practical Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience on AI-related products. Prior experience with a complete LLM application deployment project is a plus.
Industry Background: Experience with AI application development in the manufacturing/industrial sector, or familiarity with production processes and systems like MES/EAP/ERP, is highly preferred.
- Technical Stack (Mandatory):
Backend Proficiency: Mastery of Python with excellent algorithm design and code optimization skills
Frontend Capability: Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one modern framework (Vue.js or React), with the ability to implement complex data visualizations and interactive interfaces.
LLM Understanding: Familiarity with mainstream LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Qwen, etc.), their characteristics, and prompt engineering/optimization strategies.
AI Frameworks & Tools:
Familiarity with Langchain or Langgraph or similar AI application frameworks. Experience developing AI applications/Agents on these frameworks is preferred.
Proficiency with at least one (RAGFlow, Dify, Coze) or similar AI orchestration/low-code platform. Experience building on these platforms is preferred.
Database Technologies:
Proficient in at least one relational database (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with Oracle Database is a plus.
Familiar with at least one vector database (Milvus, Weaviate, etc.) and graph database (Neo4j).
Core Skills:
Ability to implement advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design.
In-depth knowledge of competitors and the AI solution landscape.
A Bachelor's degree (A/BS or equivalent) in a relevant field is required. An advanced degree is highly desirable.
