Work Location - China
Language Required - Mandarin and English
Package Engineer Skills
Has knowledge of the applicable environment, equipment, and services
Delegates, sets priorities and acts directly towards the target
Effective communication in conversations, presentations and written documents
High proficiency in local language. Certain level of proficiency in second languages may be required
Has project staff management capability
Is able to lead activities and integrate all influencing factors with minimal project disruption
Thinks conceptually
Pays attention to detail
Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships
Package Engineer Experience
Technical knowledge and experience with equipment of the package.
Has had exposure to EPCM project environments
Working knowledge and implementation of Hatch Systems
Is experienced in all stages of the project lifecycle (concept, basic and detail design, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, handover)
Is experienced in support of commercial management (equipment package or contract)
Is experienced in the flow of information & data within a project environment
Is familiar with construction and commissioning methodologies for each discipline and performance testing
Has had exposure to engineering analysis and design processes
Has appropriate technical knowledge of, and experience with, equipment in the package
Plant integration techniques
Logistic support analyses & logistics elements, as well as Operational Readiness concepts
Commercial contract conditions and the form of contract used
Client and Hatch corporate quality & safety systems, including Health & Safety requirements relevant to the p roject, equipment, and site.
