Sanofi Group Market Access-Central Market Access Manager-Beijing in Beijing, China
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Relationship building and Engagement with NHSA(affiliated institutes), related industry organizations and associations to build strategic partnership
Closely monitor and advocate on national access policy in order to anticipate forthcoming changes and the consequences to support business growth;
Partnering with highly matrixed cross-functional and business teams in China and global, to generate Sanofi’s policy position and provide professional guidance to business objectives;
Establish and maintain the policy platforms for goals achievement, include effectiveness management and implementation of relevant access policy
Problem solving, risk mitigation and issue management.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above; Major of Medical, Pharmacy and HE equivalent is preferred.
Experience & knowledge:
At least 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
At least 3 years’ experience in market access area and project management
Extensively knowledges and interpretation skills among reimbursement / drug policy/ procurement / medical administration / informatization policies
Fluent English
