Overview
The GCR HQ Finance Director plays a crucial role in driving performance and insights, working with the broader MCAPS organization to enhance overall commercial financial performance.

Responsibilities
People
- Lead Business Analyst Manager, Financial Controllers & CSA Managers in line with the People Priorities.
Prioritization & Partnership
Drive effective Rhythm of Business - Lead all key finance processes (Budget, Forecast, Closing, WW ROBs) to ensure seamless end to end flow
Long-Range planning for the area, connect company-wide strategies to local characteristics
Enables CSA analytics: Provides performance measures, identifies product trends and opportunities, and navigates consumption-driving conversations. Offers insights into industry, customer trends, and workloads. Leads consumption forecasts and usage metrics analytics for the area.
Leverage analytics and insights to deliver impact on the 5 MCAPS priorities through deeper solution area expertise on Copilot, AIDW, Security, M365 core execution and migrations. Identification & prioritization of opportunities incl. propensity model
Oversee productivity analysis for optimal local resource allocation to drive growth and shareholder value
Lead Finance transformation (i.e. Simplification, standardization, centralization)
Strong partnership with DD: Influence large deal construction for all material deals by proactively engaging in structuring. Deliver and optimize large deal economics with an end-to-end view (e.g., ECIF, discounts, channel incentives, services). Lead DWR support for major deals
Oversee partnership with Corp EGs to share field insights and issues requiring escalation
Customer showcase: Be actively engaged to tell our story and drive digital transformation. Drive targeted partner and customer reviews, own account sponsorship and impactful Business Decision Maker engagement.
Protect
- Controls and Compliance: Enforce and enhance the framework, while supporting the Compliance Lead in execution
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 10+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience managing direct reports
Fluency in English and Mandarin
