Your role and responsibilities
As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader in Custom & Exponential Tech, you drive sales and ensure successful delivery of services to clients. With extensive experience and knowledge, you understand complex service engagements and propose innovative solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Drive Sales Growth: Drive sales and contribute to the development and sales of solutions, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. * Deliver Client Engagements: Lead billable client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of services and financially accountable for the success of engagements managed. * Develop New Solutions: Support the development and delivery of new custom Application Development or support and enhancement of Cloud Application services. * Generate Revenue: Generate services revenue through sales, playing a vital role in driving growth and success in accounts and industries. * Participate in Sector Events: Participate in related sector or solution events, representing the company and promoting its services.
Required technical and professional expertise
- Complex Service Engagements: Deep expertise in understanding complex service engagements in Custom & Exponential Tech, with the ability to propose innovative solutions and drive sales growth. * Solution Development: Experience with developing and delivering new custom Application Development or supporting and enhancing Cloud Application services. * Client Relationship Building: Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the development and sales of solutions. * Financial Management: Experience in managing financially successful engagements, with a focus on generating services revenue through sales. * Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of specific industries or sectors, with the ability to drive growth and success in accounts and represent the company in related events.

• Deep Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of multiple industries or sectors, with the ability to drive growth and success in accounts and represent the company in related events, enabling tailored solutions and identifying new business opportunities. • Advanced Solution Development: Experience with developing and delivering complex custom Application Development or supporting and enhancing Cloud Application services, driving innovation and sales growth. • Strategic Financial Management: Experience in managing large-scale financially successful engagements, with a focus on generating significant services revenue through sales, informing strategic business decisions.
