Position Summary
We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to lead our customer service, shipping, and billing operations. In this role, you ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business performance.
You will act as a key link between Sales, Supply Chain, and customers, driving operational excellence while leading a small, dedicated team.
Essential Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end order processing, including shipping and warranty handling
Ensure on-time delivery and high service levels for customers
Act as the escalation point for operational issues and resolve them effectively
Monitor team performance, workload, and quality of work
Manage invoicing processes, including credit notes and documentation
Coordinate transport and export documentation
Review and approve invoices and shipping documents
Identify and implement process improvements within Customer Services
Maintain and improve standard operating procedures
Support and communicate pricing updates
Prepare reports and analyses on order intake, performance, and warranty trends
Provide insights to Sales and Management to support decision-making
Contribute to business reviews and performance tracking
Lead, coach, and develop team members
Ensure effective planning and resource allocation
Foster a collaborative and customer-focused work environment
Position Requirements
Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP systems and data analysis (Excel)
Knowledge of logistics processes (shipping, Incoterms, customs regulations)
Leadership experience or ability to manage a small team
Strong communication skills in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus)
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
