Looking for a hands-on role in a fast‑paced industrial environment? We’re hiring a Forklift Operator to join our team in Beeville, TX . If you’re safety‑minded, dependable, and experienced with sit‑down forklifts, this could be the opportunity for you!
? What You’ll Do
Safely operate a sit‑down forklift to transport equipment, materials, and heavy items throughout the facility
Load, unload, stage, and relocate machinery, raw materials, and finished goods
Perform general labor tasks , including lifting, organizing inventory, and site clean‑up
Support multiple departments to help meet production and project deadlines
Conduct basic safety inspections on forklifts and tools before use
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
✅ What We’re Looking For
1+ year of sit‑down forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of safe forklift operation, including tight spaces and busy work areas
Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified)
Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
Comfortable lifting:
Up to 25 lbs. regularly
Up to 50 lbs. frequently
Up to 90 lbs. occasionally
Reliable attendance and ability to work full shifts
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision

Experience with general labor in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments

? Work Environment
You’ll work on‑site in a manufacturing and warehouse facility with exposure to dust, noise, and industrial equipment. The role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting, and operating a sit‑down forklift throughout the shift. Steel‑toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and other PPE are required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.10 - $17.10/hr.
