About Transcend
Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one clean ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
The program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from seven systems to one, standardizing processes to create a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that enables agility and scalability across the business.
Additionally, Transcend will remediate end-of-life system exposure expected toward the end of this decade, reducing risk while enabling long-term sustainability.
Role Purpose
The Senior Functional Analyst – Customer Excellence provides advanced hands-on support for the deployment of order management and CE processes within Transcend. This role independently executes complex scenarios, supports testing leadership, and mentors other analysts.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Functional Leadership & Execution
· Lead functional analysis of complex order management scenarios and Manufacturing-to-commercial system integrations.
· Independently validate interfaces, data flows, and exception handling scenarios.
· Support end-to-end CE Execution testing and deployment readiness.
· Independently execute complex functional activities across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment phases.
· Support and mentor Functional Analysts, providing guidance on functional approach and quality standards.
· Proactively identify functional risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and escalate as needed.
Testing, Deployment & Hypercare Support
· Lead or coordinate Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities within the domain.
· Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
· Provide senior functional support during deployment and hypercare.

Qualifications
Required
· University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business, technical, or scientific discipline.
· A minimum of four years of professional experience.
· Strong hands-on functional expertise within the relevant domain in a GxP-regulated environment.
· Experience supporting complex ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
· Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience.
· Prior experience mentoring or leading junior analysts.
Other
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time both domestically and internationally.
