Supervisor QC Microbiologie

Binnen de afdeling QC Microbiologie van Johnson & Johnson zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Supervisor QC Microbiologie niet-steriel, gelokaliseerd in Beerse, België.

De farmaceutische divisie van Johnson & Johnson richt zich op het aanpakken en oplossen van enkele van de belangrijkste onvervulde medische behoeften van onze tijd in oncologie, immunologie en nog veel meer gebieden.

De afdeling voert de microbiologische kwaliteitscontroles uit van geneesmiddelen, grondstoffen en verpakkingen.

Het betreft een vaste positie in dagdienst. De supervisor QC Microbiologie rapporteert aan de Senior Manager QC Micro & EMS.

Takenpakket

• Je geeft leiding aan een 12-tal analisten waarbij je als leidinggevende bijdraagt aan de ontwikkeling van een positieve teamsfeer, de betrouwbare en efficiënte werking van je team en het performance management opvolgt.

• Je verzekert samen met het team de tijdige en kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering van de analyses ten einde de kwaliteit en beschikbaarheid van geneesmiddelen te garanderen.

• Samen met je team onderhoud en verbeter je continu het kwaliteitsniveau binnen het labo en dit in overeenstemming met de nationale en internationale GMP richtlijnen.

• Je introduceert nieuwe projecten en technieken in het labo ifv de behoeften van de klant en leidt of neemt deel als subject matter expert in afdelingsoverschrijdende projecten en werkgroepen.

• Je bouwt goede relaties op met de verschillende interne klanten, o.a. QA, DPDS, productie, MSAT, planning, externe klanten, alsook de verschillende externe partners zoals leveranciers, contractlabs, ...

• Je superviseert onderzoeken bij incidenten en definieert correctieve en preventieve acties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor review en autorisatie van QC GMP documentatie (FIR, assessments, protocollen, rapporten, werkinstructies en worksheets,…)

• Je bent spokesperson tijdens audits en inspecties.

Gewenst Profiel

• Je bezit een master of bachelordiploma met relevante ervaring, met microbiologische, biotechnologische, of biochemische achtergrond.

• Je hebt kennis van microbiologische analyse technieken.

• Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring, je hebt een hart voor people management en je bent een teamspeler.

• Ervaring binnen een farmaceutische kwaliteitsorganisatie en ervaring binnen een farmaceutische productie-omgeving zijn een plus.

• Je bent je bewust van kwaliteit, hebt kennis van regelgeving en cGMP en je hebt bovendien ervaring met inspecties door authoriteiten.

• U bent accuraat, flexibel en handelt proactief.

• Je bezit een goede kennis van de Engelse taal.
