Aerotek General Production Worker in Beech Creek, Pennsylvania
General Production Worker – $15/hr
Location: Manufacturing Facility
Schedule: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (transitioning to 5×10‑hour shifts as production increases)
Pay: $15 per hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Job Summary
The General Production Worker assembles trusses using hand and power tools while maintaining accuracy, safety, and steady production output. This is a hands‑on, physically active role with long‑term potential for reliable performers.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble trusses using hand tools and power tools.
Read and use a tape measure accurately (must pass tape test).
Measure, cut, position, and fasten materials according to specifications.
Assist with packing and preparing finished products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all production, safety, and quality guidelines.
Work extended hours when required (five 10‑hour days).
Requirements
Experience in production, manufacturing, or general labor.
Confident, safe use of hand and power tools.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work longer shifts.
Preferred Skills
Assembly or truss manufacturing experience (not required).
Material handling or packing experience.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Work Environment
Manufacturing setting focused on truss production. Work involves standing, physical labor, and warm conditions—especially in summer. Consistent processes, safety focus, and teamwork are central to daily operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
